I've never seen a tutorial for making a "Scratch-Off" card!  Have you? Well here is your tutorial.  Now, it's not a scented one but I don't know why you couldn't add in a little lemon or orange scent in the dishwashing liquid and make it a "Scented" Card!  Won't your Valentine be surprised that you made it yourself. 

Underneath the heart you could put different options for what you could do on your Valentine's Date or you could put everything you will be doing on your Valentine's Date.....Or even romantic sentiments.....
